Nancy BartlettFounder of Interim Management NB, Nancy has a substantial track record as a result of her diversified background. Her early-career focus on business development, strategic planning, project management, brand building, marketing communications and team leadership with a major telecommunications company set the groundwork for her appointment as Vice President of a leading communications and electronics company.

Nancy is an experienced operations and business manager, who has managed multiple retail locations encompassing sales, service and installation.  Including responsibility for multi-million dollar inventory and advertising budgets and team leadership of over 100 employees.

Nancy has continually demonstrated her ability to build and manage strong relationships with business partners and customers.

Operation optimization and process development coupled with experience in project management including the implemention of point-of-sale systems and retail location redesigns round out Nancy's broad business experience.

This skill set has led her to establish New Brunswick's first truly “interim” management firm.
